After completing her MBBS degree from Pt JNM Medical college in Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Dr. Silja Sudhir pursued a Diploma in Family Medicine from Med varsity, which is affiliated with RCGP in the UK and Apollo Hospitals.​

Dr. Silja Sudhir is Certified in Plant Based Nutrition from T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, Cornell University and ACE certified Health Coach and Weight Management Specialist.

She is also Board Certified from International Board of Lifestyle Medicine (DipIBLM) and a member of Indian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ISLM).
